Veydros Group formalizes its technology division under Axis Meridi

GTA, ONTARIO — Veydros Group has formalized its technology division, consolidating all software operations under Axis Meridi Technologies. The move brings the Group's enterprise platforms, AI infrastructure, and SaaS products under a single operating company.

The consolidation gives Axis Meridi a unified roadmap across AxisCommand, AxisVantage, MyMeridi, and AxisShop, and clarifies where the Group invests in software for the years ahead.

Veydros Group will continue to operate Axis Meridi as a standalone company within the portfolio, with its own brand, leadership, and customers.
